I started doing photography last February when I got my Camera and lenses. Most of these pictures are of stuff I have found around Western North Carolina. I’m still learning, but really love photography and have wanted to do it for the past 5-6 years. It's just a hobby for me, but thought I would share these and I'm open to suggestions. Here is a link to some of my pictures.

Looks great Teddy.  What type of camera did you end up getting?

EDIT: From looking at your photo data looks like you have made a real nice choice!

I picked up a Canon Rebel XT and regularly frequent http://photography-on-the.net/forum/

The Rebel is a good camera. I plan on getting one to use for Infrared pictures someday. I have a relative that converted hers to Infrared and it does great pictures. It has the same menu items as the 1Ds and very similar in functionality.

Yeah I thought it would get me into Digital SLR on my budget, allow me to collect some lenses, learn some features, then make the leap some day.   Grin
