Where are you located?

How old is the laptop?  What brand, model is it?  Are their any signs of damage to the cord?

You could try buying a universal laptop adapter and trying that... If it doesn't work then return it.  This would narrow down whether its the power cord or the laptop itself.

Hi Danny,
We are located in Spring Hill.
The laptop was plugged in,when he went to turn it on. The green light is lit,but when he hit the button to turn it on,nothing happened.
The laptop is about 2 years old. There are no signs of damage to the power cord. It's a Toshiba Satellite, model #A135-S2356. We would like you to take a look at it,to see if it would be worth fixing. It was only used for Ebaying, and Craigs list.
Do you have a local shop?

I got your voicemail and will be calling you shortly.  I operate out of my house so I will make arrangements with you.

Hi.I am in need of repair for my husband's laptop. He went to turn it on tonight, and it wouldn't. The light on the side is green, but when he tries to turn the laptop on,nothing happens. Any hints as to what this might be,and approximate cost to repair. Thanks.
