This build will handle all current games at ease in High Definition and should have no problem with AAA games 5-10 years down the road. Upgrades would be necessary if 4K and/or VR gaming is desired.

I can spec out lower models if you wish. This build is something I’d be happy to game on!

I would recommend doing either another 16GB of memory (+$90), doing 2TB (+$20), 3 TB (+$40) instead of 1TB, and/or the 500 GB SSD hard drive (+$75) to further future proof the PC. Hard drives can always be added later, but memory can be hard to find as specifications change.

If you have a physical copy of Windows that would save $110 off the price.
